With IACCE’s Comprehensive One-Day Strategy and Training Session
Providing a streamlined approach to strategic planning, IACCE saves your board time and allows you to have a completed plan the same day the board meets. How does this work? Lisa holds two pre-session Zoom calls with the Executive Director/President & CEO. After meeting with the Executive Director/President & CEO (and the Board Chair/President during one or both meetings), Lisa will conduct the planning session over a four-hour period typically at a morning session. Lisa will then work with the Executive Director/President & CEO after the planning session to refine the goals and strategies so that by the end of the day, a strategic plan is finalized and ready to present to the board for approval and adoption.
Does your board need a strong board development session? Not all chamber board members understand their role’s responsibilities. This session will review their governance roles and its importance in the success of your Chamber. It will also review what is the board role and what is the staff role to guide your Chamber to operate at its peak efficiency.
